I have worked camped for many years. I hope you have success with your employment offer, but I must tell you, you do not offer anything to entice a reliable work camper. You do not have water or sewer, which mean anyone would have to move the RV at least weekly, maybe more often, in the search of safe water and a sewer dump.
At best, you should offer free parking in exchange for the work you request. If you could find a way for a work camper to have access to safe water and a place to dump grey but not black water, then you should have much better success.
