Okay, we don't live in Bothell. You folks in the cities are more advanced than we are. It is what it is up here. Water can be cleaned up by adding bleach to the well as we do. Folks in this area run out of water all the time but they continue to allow more construction. We had a nice pond but the gated community across the road tapped into the aquifer so it now goes dry in the summer. I would imagine that we could hook up some pipe to run 75 feet or so down to the holding tanks. The contractor who installed our septic system ($20k 3 years ago so it is utd) said the county would frown on a separate RV dump inlet. Even though we live on 5+ acres, our house is 30 feet from a fish-bearing year round creek. It was difficult enough to site the 35x75 mound without it draining into the creek or wetlands. Such is Whatcom County politics.
We are doing prep work for flooring ourselves so no contractors will be on site while we are gone. Nor, will anyone else be at our home.
We do have internet but signal is weak outside. TV is Direct TV so not sure how you would connect.
Option 3: staying here while we are away then moving somewhere else when we are here. As far as staying here, we thought that folks who wanted to explore this area could stay here while we were gone then explore more throughly away from here while we are home. Summer is the best time to go exploring around here so we are usually home.
Just thought we would ask. Next step will be to ask neighbor kids.
