Carlisle Radial RH speed ratings - many over 65pmh

I installed a set of these tires late last summer in 205/75 R14 size and so far I have zero complaints. They were a big improvement over the OEM bias ply, that much is sure. And I always assumed...

I have some of these on my trailer. Put them on before a trip to Florida last year. Tires did great. No complaints. I bought load range D which was almost 50% more capacity than I needed. I have high confidence in the tires. Just like anything else, companies can improve. I believe that Carlisle makes a quality product.
