Carlisle Radial RH speed ratings - many over 65pmh

I installed a set of these tires late last summer in 205/75 R14 size and so far I have zero complaints. They were a big improvement over the OEM bias ply, that much is sure. And I always assumed...

Just bought 5 of these from Discount Tire with 5 Refund Certificates and free shipping for $478.75
I got ST205/75 R15 LRC. I was thinking of going with D range but after speaking to the wheel mfg, they recommended that I stay with the C range because of the tire pressure rating. Not many options for me with a 15x5 wheel.
