Carlisle Radial RH speed ratings - many over 65pmh

I installed a set of these tires late last summer in 205/75 R14 size and so far I have zero complaints. They were a big improvement over the OEM bias ply, that much is sure. And I always assumed...

Carlisle is the only tire I have ever seen that can have a tread separation on a tire that never touched the ground. That made for 100% (5 for 5) failure rate for me.
Got better tires and never had a failure again.
