Carpet w/neoprene backing

Question

Does anybody know where I could find some commercial carpet with Neoprene backing, like the wet suit material. I've looked all over and can't find. I use to work construction and we layed some in a courthouse 1 time, now that was a long time ago so maybe it's not around anymore.

I've seen the marine carpet but was wanting the carpet with Neoprene backing. It lays a lot flater than Marine carpet, I've used them both before. Thanks for your input...Marine carpet is rubber back but not Neoprene
