I don't really agree with this type of rule but ...... I can understand it it our litigiousness society. And it may be saving you money on your camping fees due to the land owner paying lower insurance bills. The owner can only be held responsible if he was negligent. Like if he allows loose stones to pile up making it unsafe for a bicycle to navigate a turn. If this negligence ends up causing a bicycle to crash and the person riding the bike is wearing a helmet, it is likely the injuries will be less severe. Ending in a lower payout by the insurance company. Again I don't agree with the policy. But then again I also don't agree with being able to sue someone because I was dumb enough to ride my bike into loose stones and crash.
