Just the opposite here In CT, I know of a few campgrounds have loosened up on their pet policies.
This said some of the resort campgrounds here in CT had tough pet policies where you could not take your pet off your campsite for a walk or anything. It's good to see now that they have changed where you can take your pet off site. My guess the reason, they were either loosing business or in need of attracting more business.
