You've seen the commercials. Call the 7s! Joe got me my check. I was driving drunk, no insurance and an expired license when I hit a bridge. Joe sued the city, your rates went up but I got my check for $350,000.
That's all that matters. People love to sue because they get money. It's part of the corruption in the U.S. where lawyers have lobbyists to get laws passed so people can sue companies. There are no scruples, no common sense, and no apathy for those who have to pay the bill. Dog eat dog world.
You can sue people in Mexico for an array of things. It's just not common. The belief is that each person is responsible for their actions, plain and simple. You fall in a store because of a wet floor, well, you should have looked where you were walking, the store didn't put the water there.
Too many rules have taken the fun out of rving and being responsible for your own acts has fallen by the wayside. Boo hoo hoo.
