I'm guessing not a lot of those were in CG's.
I have no statistics, But as an avid biker, who rides in campgrounds, with his GD, I find them to be one of the more risky environments.
rigs backing in and out, narrow roads, drunks, dogs charging to the end of their leash, cars not paying attention. All very distracting. Easy for a kiddo, to lose control and wack something. Much rather be on a bike trail, or low traffic two lane with her and me. than a CG, less dangerous I think
