Well back in OUR DAY there wasn't 1200 lawyers for every lawsuit either. Back in our day when you hurt yourself through your own actions, it was personal responsibility!! :S
Now days if someone injures themselves doing something stupid, it is ALWAYS someone else fault!!:h
It is the fault of the bike maker for not having a warning label stating not to do that particular action on the bike.
Why do you think all tools and appliances have a ton of warning labels on them? Some one has done that action and sued!!
