Camping World sells a device called a "Travel Aide" that you set on the ground and just roll a tire up on and the bad tire is lifted up in the air so you can change the tire without having to use any jacks.
I just use a few 2X10's that I use for leveling. Roll one wheel up and the other one will hang freely. I do this whenever I do bearing work. Should work for a flat as well. I already have the leveling boards loaded up. Not having to pack a jack is one less thing i need to remember.
