Charging extra on service for non-locally purchased RVs

I also got 2 - 10% discount cards for parts and accessories when I bought my trailer in 2006. Last year when I bought parts I was told by the cashier to not loose my cards. They only give 5% discount cards out now. They still honor the old cards
