Charging extra on service for non-locally purchased RVs

Seems everyplace I deal with from the grocery store to the vehicle dealers, motel rooms offer some sort of discount card package or preffered customer BS... I usually save more at the smaller places by asking for a cash discount which most retailers would make more by charging 20% less for cash...
