I think that we both could agree that simply passing the Bar does not qualify for expertise in all disciplines of the law. Neither of us would be likely to hire our Tax Attorney to defend our criminal charges past tax matters.
Extending "discounts" to a preferred group of consumers as a result of membership into a class, whether paid or as a result of prior purchases, has been successfully defended multiple times in both State and Federal Court. Follow the history of Sam's Club for precedence.
