I get a 10% on supplies and service where I bought my RV also. It wasn't a deal maker or wouldn't have been a deal breaker but since they do great work, it's a very nice benefit.
That said, back to the original posters concern about it being "rubbed in his face", if you don't like being reminded that the discount is available, say something to them. I can't fault them for marketing the advantage of buying your next rv from them to everyone that comes in the door, every time they visit. If your so sensitive that being reminded of this and that triggers the memory that your paying 10% more than those that did, maybe you should have bought from them or find service somewhere else where you don't have to be "tortured" by their marketing to increase their business.
