When I pulled up to the check out station, the lady inside looked at my handy capped hang tag and said "No charge, sir". What a nice way to help out with allowing us to get close to the sights and then give us a savings besides! If you want to see Charleston I highly recommend it!
Don't go to Scripps Medical Center in La Jolla. They No longer give free parking to people with Handicapped Placards or or License Plates.
