Fact is. Tire can fail at any time, and ANY tire. I rarely run more than 60 MPH. I keep my tires aired to cold specs. I keep a good check on them. I have had 3 tires shread themselves at 60 MPH or less. True. every one of them were in their 4th year. But they were all maintained very well.
Only thing I know to do. it replace them after 3 years.
