Soundguy your arguments are getting weaker and weaker every time. The truth is YOU want a later checkout so you are making up generalities to justify that what you want is the only reasonable solution.
When someone points out a flaw in your argument (such as boy scouts being able to leave earlier with no problem), you pooh-pooh it as ridiculous.
The truth is there is no problem with the current checkout times at places. If there was, they would have made changes over the years to ensure folks could manage to get packed up in time.
Just because you WANT to kick back and relax on your last day doesn't mean you can't easily be packed up and gone by checkout - it just means you don't WANT to pack up and leave. So pay another day and take your time.
