The Firestone, Bridgestone, Uniroyal, and Continental tires that have had failures were all made in the USA and not China. Sometimes it is the tire and sometimes it is the manufacturer that under specifies the tire (as with Ford and the Explorer tire problems) and sometimes it is the consumer that drives with underinflated tires at speed.
Chinese manufacturers make tires to US distributors' specifications not knowing how the tires will be used. Want to blame someone look to the people selling the tires or putting them on their vehicles or RV's.
