"If a poster can verify without a doubt that none of those conditions ever existed with their tires than why did they not turn the tire in for expert examination?"
That's the rub. How exactly do you do that? And you wonder why people don't turn the incidents in! I had one professed expert tell me that I ran over an object and that's what caused my tire to blow out. Never mind that I was on the interstate, the tire was the last on on a triple axle, I know I didn't hit anything, and a second tire blew within 2 hours of the first. How do you prove otherwise? "He says, (s)he says."
