One time my teenage daughter was told she could take the car to the beach 30 miles away while we were out of town for the weekend, but instead she drove 150 miles to meet her boy friend and had a flat tire on the way home. A female CHP changed the tire for her and then chewed her out for not knowing how to change a tire so they do do things besides giving tickets
