- dakasa47ExplorerHow about a nice recliner style outdoor chair to relax in? Maybe one that is padded??? We use ours all the time. The other handy dandy item is one of those fold up director style chairs that folds and fits into a bag. We keep them in the back of the truck so when we go to the beach we always have a chair with us. The bag has a carrying strap to put over ones shoulder.
- CC_CrabmanExplorerTime for a new mattress and bed linens? Sleep in comfort.
- GaryKHExplorerGreat ideas! I think maybe i'll get her a replacement hood fan for over the stove. She should like that eh?
- path1ExplorerThe best thing my wife likes about our rv that didn't come with it... is adding a vent fan with remote in bedroom.
OEM stock fan in the bedroom was that one of us had to get up and turn the thing on or off. Just when you're about in la-la land she would poke me or vice versa and somebody had to get up and stand up and turn on or shut off the fan.
Our kitchen vent did not have a fan, other than stove vent. So we moved the bedroom fan/vent to the kitchen and installed vent/fan with remote to bedroom.
Now with a push of button, we can operate fan laying in bed and now in the kitchen has better ventilation. Nice breeze through out RV.
Next best thing was a shoe rack I made. Now she has even more room for more shoes:S

Not for this girl. I HATE perfume.
OP, try and think back to the last couple of times you've been camping. What has she complained about (if anything) like pans being too big, wall needs a picture, etc? You could "fix" that the issue is. What about stuff to do while camping? Camera, mud boots, fishing rod, outdoor stuff in general. Does she do anything at home that she can't do in the RV because she needs smaller equipment, etc?
I just KNEW someone would say that:B
On the other hand I have made it clear to one and all that they should nevah buy me anything from the houseware department unless it's specifically requested:C. - charlysmom_dadExplorerA dog. Get her a dog. Besides my husband, that's my favorite.

:B You expect guys to remember what our wives complain about? It happens so frequently that we turn off our ears and don't hear a thing.... :B - 2oldmanExplorer II

Works everywhere:). - toedtoesExplorer IIIHow about a nice faux fur blanket. They come in all sorts of sizes, colors and patterns. You could do a throw or one to fit the bed. They are soooooooooooo soft and warm and make it really cozy.
Costco tends to have the best quality for the price and this is the time of year they stock up on them.
But you can find them on Amazon, at Walgreens, dollar stores, department stores, etc. Get the ones with the sherpa backing for double softness (and placing the sherpa towards the sheet keeps the blanket from sliding all over).
Something I just picked up that I think I'm going to love are these boots:
short boots
mid-length boots
They fit great (I bought my regular size and put inserts in them for my bad arch and wear regular socks - not thick. My feet are average width in the toe, slightly narrow in the heel). They are comfortable for hiking around and support the ankle. I actually find they help my knees on rocky terrain also. The best part is that I can take the RV key and slip it in the zippered pocket in the shoe and not worry about it. No more worrying that I'll lose it when I pull out a drink or sweater, or whatever from a pack or bag. And if I go swimming, the key is already tucked away safe.
And so many colors to choose from. - CroweExplorerPerfume.
