Load RV to full as you would normally do. Fill truck furl and any other items you would place in the truck or bed. Bring wife kids etc.
Hit the scales. Weigh front & Rear TV axles then weigh both RV axles, if your RV is nose high for example weigh each axle to see how much extra weight is on the rear RV axle.
Get your ticket and let them know you want a re weigh. Go to the far end of the parking area so you don't pizz off the truckers and unhitch the RV. Go back and weigh both of the TV axles.
Now you have all the info you need for tire inflation. You will see if you are adding or removing weight from front TV axle. Subtract the unloaded TV rear axle weight from the loaded, that is your pin weight. Add the pin weight to the RV axle weight that is your RV's weight. Determine what percentage the pin weight is of the total RV weight. 20% is a minimum.
