Class A or Bigger Truck?

I currently own a 30ft Cougar 5th wheel which I tow behind my 1500 Chevy Silverado. It's enough truck for short trips (under 5 hour travel time) but I want to travel and see more of our great country with the family. I love my 5th wheel and it's the perfect size and layout for our needs. But, I can't decide whether to upgrade to a Class A (want to stay around $100K) or get a larger truck. Any thoughts our there? Thanks.

    Sounds like upgrading the truck would be less expensive. Since you already like your 5ver, it makes sense IMO. Prepare to be dinged (hard) for towing a 5ver with a 1500. Any idea of the pin weight and the truck's payload capacity?
