Thanks for the replies. I have contacted a fiberglass repair place that does rv work. I'll see what they would do for what cost. I may go with them, but I still think applying eternabond tape over it would probably be just fine. It is not visible on top of the roof. I do not think these are stress spotsI do not think these are stress spots.
