My experience was the same. They replaced my cover at no cost to me after a broken zipper. I disclosed to them that my son in law broke it, I wasn't the original purchaser, and I had no idea how old it was. I was just looking to buy a zipper. within a week they shipped me a whole new cover. Great customer service and now, 2 years later it still looks like new!
