The DW and I both don't care for the hose taste of water so we do this. We buy gallon jugs of water from WalMart for 88 cents each and use them just for drinking water. Sure makes the taste of coffe...

Campground water will vary depending on whether the water is treated water or well water. I've started using a in line water filter, around $13 which helps a lot. But, often we do the same...bottled water for drinking and making coffee......ohhh so important for coffee. Some water from both wells or municipalities can destroy the taste of coffee!!!
