Clean water
The DW and I both don't care for the hose taste of water so we do this. We buy gallon jugs of water from WalMart for 88 cents each and use them just for drinking water. Sure makes the taste of coffe...

I guess DH and I drank too much hose water when we were kids to be bothered with the taste of it nowadays. We do have two filters on our incoming water and our coffee and tea tastes just fine to us.
But then, neither one of us is much of a gourmet drinker. :)
