I use a mirror on a pole (awning lock pole actually) to see if it NEEDS cleaning. If it does I use a folding stepladder to get high enough, then a brush with extendable handle made to wash sides of TT while standing on ground. Works great.
Oh, it works to wash the TT when home also.
