Closing the deal

Hello,
We recently traded out 30 foot Dutchmen (2000) for a new Palomino Banshee. Our camping style is changing.
So, we went to the dealer and checked out the unit we wanted, they did an appraisal of our's sight unseen. We disclosed any issues that we are aware of and they gave us a value based on the assumption that they just send it to auction. We completed all paperwork and scheduled pick up and delivery for this weekend. I can't help but worry that they'll try and pull a fast one..
But, we already signed the contracts...
And they're a reputable dealer.
Am I goofy for thinking this way?

  • I would think that if anything changes in the contract, even if there is a disagreement with the condition of your trade in you can drive of with your original rv and that would be it. You made a deal and signed a contract based on the conditions of that contract. At least that would be my position and I would stick with it.
