Does the rv deep cycle batter charges up when the rv is plugged in to a electric source. It's a 99 fourwinds.:?

If it doesn't the likely cause is problem with converter, blown fuse between battery and converter, or bad battery. Lots of threads on how to test converter and auto reset fuses.
