Coach-Net has a BBB rating of A. Find another ERS that has that kind of BBB rating.
It's good to hear about your experience with them. Helpful.
I just wanted to point out to anyone who relies on a company's BBB rating that that's not much help. It's been proven that BBB will upgrade an F rating to an A if the company itself will pay for membership, and the reverse is true. A company with a sterling reputation can be rated F by the BBB because they will not pay for membership.
IMO, a BBB rating is worthless, since the rating company has no integrity.
