I only respond because there are numerous complaints about Coach Net not providing details of their coverage plan in advance of signing up. I presume that would irk me also, except I've been a CN member now for 9 years. During that time, I've needed their assistance three times and I was always treated in an excellent manner. My issues were 100% covered by CN without any arguments. I've kept renewing because I've been pleased. So while I agree with people asking for CN's terms & conditions in advance, I'd suggest you not let that prevent you from experiencing them for yourself.
