Coach-Net has a BBB rating of A. Find another ERS that has that kind of BBB rating.
It's good to hear about your experience with them. Helpful.
I just wanted to point out to anyone who relies on a company's BBB rating that that's not much help. It's been proven that BBB will upgrade an F rating to an A if the company itself will pay for membership, and the reverse is true. A company with a sterling reputation can be rated F by the BBB because they will not pay for membership.
IMO, a BBB rating is worthless, since the rating company has no integrity.
Then how do you explain the "C-" rating that Good Sams "Allstate RV Roadhelp" has as compared to Coach-Net's A? Neither are BBB members!
And considering my personal experience with Coach-Net, I would have to give them a "AAA+". I don't know many companies that go out of the way to take care of customers like they do, and then renew them at a $40 lower yearly rate than the advertised rate with the top plan! They are a stand up company in my book.
And can you document your claim concerning BBB's practice of upgrading the rating if the company pays for membership? Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but not to their own truth.
The BBB contacts my company a couple times each year. They have told me that I can "protect" my rating by becoming a premium member. Since there has never been a complaint against my company, I always tell them no thanks. But they leave me with a very bad feeling, they certainly come across as the dishonest, hard-sell type. They start the conversation by making you think that someone has contacted them regarding you, but if you press them they will admit that this is a cold call. I would never use a BBB rating in my decisions.
P.S.: Sorry, no "documentation", but this is my first-hand experience from several contacts over 10 years.
