Coach-Net Road Side Assistance -- Are you unhappy?

I used them once when I locked my keys in my truck. They were there within 30 minutes and had my door open in another 15 minutes. Called me twice, once to tell me who was coming and when they would be there and another time to make sure they were actually there. Before vehicle was opened, service provider asked for my driver's license and after opened asked for registration to make sure he was not opening a vehicle with keys on the seat for a car thief.
