My Coachnet story goes like this. We had AAA. We had a blowout on a Friday. 40 DP, no spare. They had no clue. Couldn't believe I didn't have one. Suggested I drive to a gas station and buy one.
I tried to explain I needed a mobile semi truck to come put one on.
This was beyond the agent and her supervisors comprehension.
I called around and found a real tire place that took AAA. Set it all up but by then it was too late to get tire until Monday.
Joined Coachnet the next week.
