Coach-Net Road Side Assistance -- Are you unhappy?

We have a small Class C with duallies in the rear. We used to have AAA ERS for it (total of around 40 years with AAA at that point). One day about to leave on a trip one of the inside rear duals was flat - right in our own back yard. We called AAA and they said that they had a policy not to change flat tires on dual tire sets. Most motorhomes have dual tires in the rear. I couldn't comprehend that AAA policy.

We dropped them ASAP like a rock and switched to Coach-Net.
