Coach net vs good Sam hitch coverage?

Now that we have a serious problem with our pull rite hitch, I am wondering if anyone has received assistance from either company with this issue, or if this is the one $$$ thing that is a loophole.

How about insurance claims? Thanks!

  • You are not clear on what the problem is. If the hitch is simply not functioning right then the companies noted are not going to help. You would need to go to the manufacturer, or possibly the dealer you bought it from, for help.

If the hitch has failed in such a way as you cannot disconnect, and at the same time cannot safely tow with it as it is connected, then you MIGHT get some help from ERS to get the rig to a service facility, or someone to come out and help getting it separated. But they still would not pay for correcting the hitch failure.
  • Did they manufacture Pullrite? Why not contact Pullrite direct? A little more info would help
  • Don't understand your question... both company's you mention are Emergency Road Service, nothing to do with hitchs.
