Dennis, Unfortunately all of the little pamphlets that came with the dolley were more warranty or parts description manuals. Totally worthless for these types of concerns. No where in the written materials, I received, were there any instructions on how to load the car or how to strap it down. If it wasn't for their video on the website, we would really be clueless since this is our first tow dolley. However, I'm still looking for that Acme manual in your picture. :W :W
