Condensation on upper inside walls ral cold morn

So last night we had a cold rainy night, got down to 40 and I kept the inside around 65 but then turned it to 70 when we woke I notice if you put you fingers on what the call “ wallboard” up close to...

There is probably an aluminum framing member where the condensation occurs, so there is no place for insulation. Aluminum will conduct heat out rapidly.
