Nice trailer and a good match for the Yukon weight-wise. You should be able to pack the trailer comfortably and load the family in the truck without sweating being overloaded.
Regarding the hitch, you are 29' TT length. If money is truly no object and you want the best and safest driving experience for your wife, pick either the Hensley Arrow or the Pro Pride. Neither are sold through dealers, only sold direct though the respective companies. They are not cheap, but those are the only two hitches that use a clever geometric design called the 4 bar principle to completely eliminate sway.
If either of those are not your cup of tea, many here have reported that the Reese Dual Cam (or Straightline) hitch is a clear choice. Not all hitches in this class are created equal, don't let the dealer set you up with a cheapie and a friction sway control bar. An "equalizer" hitch is NOT the same as the Equal-i-zer brand hitch, also a good choice.
Also review the sticky on the forum about how to set up a weight distributing hitch....even though you'll have the dealer install it, he will be basing the settings on an empty trailer. How you pack the TT affects the weight/balance, so you will need to fine tune the settings before your first trip after the TT is packed and ready to camp.
