Considering replacing floor coverings
I'm considering replacing our floor coverings with some sort of hard surface material. What do I use to trim the edges of the slides so they look nice when extended? The slides are currently carpete...

I changed carpet flooring to vinyl and the carpet on the slides has the original overlap as it had before. I was told and I believe you cannot put a hard floor on the slide and have a good transition, so it remains carpet. There may be RV's where this is not true but I cannot afford them.
