I towed a PT Cruiser Convertible on a nearly antique (late'80s/early '90s) DEMCU Kar Kaddy dolly from Billings, MT to Ringgold, GA and back, with no trouble at all. I put new LT Load Range D tires on it before we left, and replaced the shimmy dampener. My speed was between 65 and 70 the entire trip.
If the OP is putting ST tires on his dolly, I recommend LT, if available in the correct size
