Contacting Forest River
Well, it has come to pass. I purchased a 2013 Forest River Flagstaff after reading good reviews mostly on this Forum. The good must have come from their employees as there doesn't seem to be anyway ...

Thirdly, I've had nothing but good communication with my Palomino/Sabre factory reps (sales first and now warranty).
I can confirm Kevin Caudill for Coachmen. This is the gentleman that worked with me for my RV's warranty items.
