Please see my post immediately before yours. I assure you that Mark is a real person, I have spoken with him on the phone, and he works for the corporation that owns Good Sam. I have not confirmed that he works directly for Marcus, but he is the one that responded to me when I sent an email to an address that Marcus has responded to me from in the past.
