- lanerdExplorer IIYeah, that works for those under 40 (or so). But due to ageing, the eyes will continue to deteriorate and you'll be back with glasses or contacts again. Enjoy the 20/20 while you can.

- Johno02ExplorerWhy?? After cataract surgery, if the right implants were installed, your vision should have been corrected to 20-20. You will probably still have to have reading glasses.

- lanerdExplorer III don't understand. What's the problem? I've had cataract surgery in both eyes, radial keratotomy in both eyes and still wear contacts. No big deal.
