Last year (summer of 2017) the converter in my travel trailer (2015 Crossroads Zinger) stopped working. Took it in and had it replaced under warranty. Two days ago, it stopped working again. Help!! ...

Any modern converter made in the last 10+ years works perfectly fine without a battery.
Have you done any work on the electrical system lately? Touching the battery cables together, even for a second, will blow the reverse polarity fuses.
