That charging spec says absolute minimum capacity is 0.2C and at 220 AH - that is almost all of the 45 Amps. True 90 Amps may need more wire than some trailers have, the last two trailers I had were #6 which is good for 100 Amps on chassis wiring. It does need to be checked.
