This is the biggest thing to be concerned with. Otherwise, an RV bed is not a very complicated thing: a box with fairly light frame members and a plywood top, typically.
If you need to rework the storage compartment layout or move the water heater or something, that can get to be a good bit more complicated. Likewise, if you have to move an interior partition or change the arrangement of windows that could involve a lot of hassle and work assuming it's even practical.
